Flash player installation on CentOS 5.x

First install the necessary pre-requisite packages.

yum install curl compat-libstdc++-33 glibc nspluginwrapper

Download Flash from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.

rpm -ivh flash-plugin-10.0.12.36-release.i386.rpm

Restart Firefox and use about:plugins to check the status.
